The woman who recorded the video, Tiffany Kennedy, says that Kitts has asthma, and that is why she would not wear a mask. Kennedy also says that Kitts was never warned by the officer about not wearing a mask before being so abruptly arrested.
“There is no reason to tase someone and arrest them for not wearing a mask,” Kennedy said, according to the report.
Kennedy also noted that a female police officer who ran up to the scene was not wearing a mask and only put one on as she reached her fellow officer.

I totally disagree with you. Here are some of the things I applaud Sessions for:
He’s one of only a handful who stood with Cruz during the Obamacare filibuster. Even though Mitch told the Senate not to, he did the right thing anyway and ignored Mitch M.
He sent a public letter to Cruz, when Cruz was going wobbly on the TPP bill. Cruz changed his vote.
He got Donald Trump involved decades ago when the UN was just throwing money around recklessly to renovate the UN building. Trump came and spoke to congress at Sessions behest.
He is the only person I have seen that stopped creepy Joe Biden from touching his granddaughter.
While doing an investigation into political corruption, Peter Schweizer wrote that Jess Sessions was found to be the most honest man in congress. Never taking a dime that wasn’t his.
Most recently, even though POTUS did not endorse Sessions, Sessions still endorses Trump.
I think sometimes we forget what the real world is like, when the MSM or others want us to believe something else. In the real world, had Sessions honestly been in over his head, POTUS would NOT have just started embarrassing him and his family by sending mean tweets. I can’t think of anything more unkind. POTUS is not unkind. IRL he would have talked to Sessions, and asked him to step down making up some excuse. IRL, Sessions is a patriot, he would not have clung to this position. Did you know Sessions SIL is a Commanding Officer on the U.S.S. Alabama Submarine?
If your scenario is true, then I have read POTUS totally wrong. He would never treat a patriot who was in over his head so cruelly. Other than Sessions, can you name any other patriot that Trump has sent out mean tweets about?

What is so sad to me, is how did so many standing around let this happen? Same with the other video you posted. (I posted that yesterday, only 2 responses) As far as I’m concerned, this is one of the biggest issues we face.
If there is no fear of police arrest, then there is no fear of the silly mandates. For some reason, many on our side just refuse to get this. I suggested that they lose their qualified immunity if they don’t honor their oath and follow the Constitution. This was met with me being called a lot of nasty names. If someone else has a better solution, bring it. I don’t care if the solution is mine, or not, but the police abusing the Constitution must be stopped.
She had lived with us prior to her passing, donated to the Republican Party, and voted Republican. Hence the reason for the flyer. Of course I receive Republican flyers, but this one floored me.
The address on the flyer was my current address, 15-20 miles from my former home of 41 years.

I agree with the sentiment, but IMHO we need more than that. Supposedly, their jobs are at stake if they don’t do the bidding of the politico’s in charge. So, who’s going to fire them? It won’t be the folks who gave the unlawful orders to arrest. There must be a threat bigger than losing ones job. Such as losing their qualified immunity for violating a citizens Constitutional rights.
I made this list awhile ago. I believe every police officer is smart enough to tell the difference between a criminal and a citizen. I am sure a 7 year old could tell you which 5 were the criminals and which 5 were not.
