WE Charity involved in an ethics scandal linking PM Trudeau says it will shut down its Canada operations. The Charity was accused of using its ties to powerful figures in the govt, including the PM's family to secure a multi-million dollar contract.
The former United Auto Workers President Dennis Williams is set to plead guilty to embezzling hundreds of thousands of dollars in union's fund for personal expenses. Williams will become the second retired union leader to be convicted in the UAW scandal.
A Tennessee attorney Errol Harmon has been charged with conspiracy, bribery in Mississippi Dept. of Education (MDE) bribery case. Harmon allegedly acted as a middleman in converting kickbacks from businessmen into payments to the ex-exec director of MDE.
