Thanks NIKK.

“...if wars can be started by lies, peace can be started by truth.”

That is a great line, so fitting for what is going on right now with the military complex and lies about President Trump.

Shameful video of Mark Kelly making a racist joke to an all-white crowd. He must think people named Rodrigo look like monkeys. Time to move past this type of racism & time for the media to scrutinize Mark Kelly more thoroughly like they would a Republican https://t.co/uqprgs7CBc— Moses Sanchez (@SanchezMoses) September 10, 2020

MEMORY LANE 2016 leading up to the Election.

Immediately before the election, Hillary Clinton had a vote lead among states recently polled. State polls with results outside the margin of error showed 213 potential electoral votes for Clinton and 162 potential electoral votes for Donald Trump

On its final poll released Nov. 7, the day before Election Day, Rasmussen had Hillary Clinton up 2 points on Donald Trump. Clinton won the popular vote by 1 percentage point, even though Donald Trump beat her on electoral votes.

"The media created a false narrative about the 2016 presidential campaign, and most polling reinforced it," Rasmussen wrote on its website Thursday. "Our polling showed that issues, not the media-fed controversies, would ultimately decide the election."

In 2016 leading up to the election. State of Michigan.... .Average Poll...Clinton 45%-39% Trump

Clinton is 5.5 points ahead of Trump in the FiveThirtyEight forecast as of Saturday morning. FiveThirtyEight says the Democratic nominee has an 80.6 percent chance of winning the presidency, down from an 81.6-percent chance as of Friday morning. Clinton is forecasted to win at least 324 electoral votes to Trump's 213.

The Real Clear Politics's average of national and state polls shows some incremental movement for Trump's. Clinton is 4.6 points ahead of Trump as of Saturday morning, down from her 5.2-point advantage Friday. Clinton's average support dropped from 47.3 percent of likely and registered voters to 47.1 percent, while Trump moved from 42.1 percent support to 42.5 percent.

The Reuters/Ipsos States of the Nation project reported Saturday that Clinton enjoys a healthy advantage in early voting tallies, and is leading Trump by 15 percentage points among voters surveyed in the past two weeks. An estimated 19 million Americans have voted so far in the election, according to the University of Florida's United States Election Project, accounting for as much as 20 percent of the electorate.

Outlier of the day: The ABC News/Washington Post tracking poll shows Clinton leading Trump by just 2 points, 47 percent to 45 percent, which falls within the poll's margin of sampling error of 3 points. Clinton held a 12-point lead in the initial poll, which reflected opinions from Oct. 20 to 23.

Oct 23, 2016 · Hillary Clinton has a 12-point lead over Donald Trump and has reached 50% support nationally among likely voters, a new ABC News tracking poll shows.

Help! I am in a running argument with several liberal relatives who just sent me a copy of a letter to the Editor of the Washington Post.

I need desperately a counter article/letter/meme.

Forgive me but here is the letter:

I am a retired Army colonel. Regardless of our branch of service, commissioned officers and senior civil servants take an oath of office that says we will “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.” When I was a student at the U.S. Naval War College (NWC) in 1980, we had a course on ethics. One day we reviewed the meaning of the oaths of office that all military officers had taken, as had senior public servants from the State Department and other federal agencies attending the NWC. I asked a question: “Who are our domestic enemies?” The answer: “Domestic enemies include (1) those who undermine the free press and/or work to undermine trust in America’s democratic institutions, (2) undermine the checks and balances of our three branches or government, and (3) undermine the Geneva Conventions and the Uniform Code of Military Justice.” Had we debated the ethics of today’s executive and legislative branches, we would have defined many of today’s leaders as domestic enemies who do not support and defend the Constitution. President Trump treats dictators as friends, treats our allies as enemies and undermines our intelligence community. He clearly undermines the free press and our democratic institutions, and shows contempt for congressional oversight, the Geneva Conventions and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. It’s either time for all governmental officials to take their oaths of office seriously, or for American voters to take their responsibilities seriously at the ballot box. David Maune, Alexandria

I tried to do a search on FR but couldn’t find anything right away that would be a good hit back. I thought maybe one of you would have something right at your fingertips that I could use.

THANKS!

So I’ve figured out where some of Biden’s numbers come from as far as auto workers go. They count job gains but not losses. So when he talks about the jobs he brought back to Michigan, his start date is after they bailed out the auto companies.
When hd talks about Trump’s job losses, they don’t count the gains. So the losses are after closures due to the virus and forcing GM to make ventilators.

I guess you saw the article I posted yesterday about the Manufacturing jobs Biden talks about includes making hambutgers, but doesn’t count the losses in what most people consider Manufacturing.
