PressSec formally announces that WH will host signing ceremony for peace agreement between Israel and United Arab Emirates on September 15th. McEnany made the announcement in the course of hailing nomination of Pres Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize.

McEnany denies Pres Trump misled the American people early on about the real threat posed by Coronavirus. Bob Woodward reports Trump told him privately the threat was much more serious than he said publicly. McEnany denies Trump lied and he wanted Americans to remain calm.

"The President never downplayed the virus," says McEnany. The President expressed calm." She says the President embodied the American spirit about the threat, believing in the need to be serious but also optimistic.

"You’ll get that list in short order," says McEnany of Pres Trump's new list of prospective Supreme Court nominees. She says he wants judges who will be guided by the Constitution.

"Because he's the most transparent President in history," says McEnany, asked why Pres Trump gave 9 hours of interviews to Bob Woodward for his new book.

Though reduction of US Forces in Iraq falls short of total withdrawal that Pres Trump had promised, McEnany says "these things take time." "We believe now is the time to make this drawdown," she says.

He is an ex-Naval Intelligence officer (read CIA) who, with that oaf, Carl Bernstein, took down Nixon thanks to “Deep Throat”, another Dem operative.

It has been his singular accomplishment in 50 years.

The Deep State never forgave Nixon for taking down Alger Hiss in 1949-1950.

Their revenge took 25 years.
