He was the State of Delaware’s AG at the time when his reserve unit was called up.
He served honorably, but not in a combat role.

Somebody can correct me, but I believe if a candidate does not spend all of their money, they can give it to other campaigns. Maybe they are planning to redirect it to close House & Senate candidates.
On another note, I saw another clip where Kamala today shut it down & walked out when it was time for her to answer questions.
The Dims are hiding their candidates. It’s like early when they would say “Trump is losing to a Generic Dim”. Well, now they don’t have a generic, they have 2 losers. But if nobody knows about or sees or hears from the losers, they can make them as “generic” as possible. The media will tell you all they want you to know about the candidates, rather than the candidates exposing their own faults.
