True. Maybe some of those who would be on the bubble & just barely miss out on being drafted, will now get a shot due to a lower level of draftees. And others who still want to finish their playing career & move on with their life after college can play, and not hang around another year.
I think Trump wants to push for a return for "normal" life & seeing others able to play sports may lead to that. We have to start somewhere.

No one can just walk into the back operations of a Post Office. You need special clearance and passes.
There is ALWAYS mail on the floor of Post Offices. The mail that is non first class (junk mail) is staged and marked for delivery up to a week out. Many of these mailings are ads that the sender wants delivered on specific days because of the dates of their sale etc. Also many magazines and catalogs have delivery windows specified by the mailer.
A casual observer that doesn’t understand the system could misconstrue the mail left in the office.
