Regardless of who is elected, it'll be civil war
World Net Daily ^ | 19 August 2020 | Erick Rush

With one exception, the wars in which the United States has engaged since its inception involved our nation against one or more external adversaries. That exception, the American Civil War (1861-1865), still elicits an emotional response among our citizens due to the inherent tragedy connected to a nation at war with itself – the whole "brother against brother" dynamic that is recalled whenever discussions of this conflict arise.

One less common aspect of our Civil War (as compared to other nations that have endured civil wars) is that America was geographically divided at the time by the Mason-Dixon line, which divided the Union and Confederate states. This more resembled traditional military conflicts with external adversaries, and has colored many Americans' idea of what a civil war is like. Unlike our Civil War, civil wars in most nations generally involve disparate or dissident factions fighting against each other and/or whatever regime is holding power.

I'm not going to say that what we've been experiencing over the last three months have been the first salvos of a civil war, but it sure looks like it. While hard-line socialists in the Democratic Party are working within the political infrastructure and behaving as though they are conducting the business of governance according to the rule of law and constitutionally established procedures, they are in fact in the process of fomenting civil war – or at least, they have made it apparent that they are willing to go that far if they are not able to gain ascendency via political means.

There was civil war in Iraq after we toppled Saddam Hussein. It was fed by foreign nations and domestic and international terrorists.

Same as it will be here.

The civil unrest goes on and does not play by “the rules”, only one side fights a war while the other side treats the unrest simply as criminal action AND subversives and traitors serve in the ranks of the police and government.

They will wear no uniform and see anyone who does not stand with them as an enemy combatant.

When all government ...in little as in great things... shall be drawn to Washington as the center of all power; it will render powerless the checks provided of one government on another, and will become as venal and oppressive as the government from which we separated." -- Thomas Jefferson, 1821

If we continue to buy into the Democrat vs Republican kabuki theater we are hopelessly lost. The 900 lb gorilla in the middle of the room will destroy us if we continue to ignore it.

The Democrats have denied election night victory celebration in the past 3 Republican victories (2000, 2004, 2016). Concede? They’d rather take America down.

Richard Nixon knew what it would do to this country and stood down as the Kennedy Klan stole the White House in 1960.

The peaceful transition of power from Democrat to Republican ended in the 1950s.

Rest assured, the democrats plan and are already executing the plan to challenge the election legally. We will not get an election night winner. The mail in vote counting will go on for weeks.
In the meantime no matter what the numbers, they will declare Biden the winner, have an ersatz swearing in.
At that point, we will see an attempt at a color revolution where they flood DC and try to duplicate Kiev.

And it’s already underway. The democrats keep their foot firmly on the throat of the economy) Chris Wallace asks Trump if he will accept defeat. (as though it is almost certain) Nobody asks Biden this.
Pelosi, Hillary, Biden, Kamala and others have all stated that he will have to be removed by force.
Our military leaders and Sec Def have all loudly stated that they regret participating in stopping the riots briefly.
It’s already underway.

There may be no clear presidential winner. Either that or an contestable landslide for Trump, which is what I really hope happens.

I'd prefer that PT wins. I prefer to fight from the high ground.

If he loses...it may be an attempted purge, but at that point anything goes.

We had the Algonquins.

I think we killed 'em all.

I live in Alabama. We’re parceled off by zip code pretty well. Intellectual acuity, well, that’s another matter.

I totally agree. I’ve often stated that we need to elect representatives from each county and parish in the US (about 3.500) and send them to Washington to replace the current crop of corrupt 500+ (both congress and senate) who are destroying our country by their shenanigans.

It happened during the French & Indian War so settlers probably didn’t kill squat.

Found the article in an old Cracker Barrel decades ago but you will not find anything about it on the internet.

Screws up the narrative, I reckon.

Maps of tribes don’t even show any here *but* every time my granddaddy plowed, he picked up pocketsful of arrowheads.

He had a box of them the size of a giant paper towel box down in the cellar.

It was so heavy we kids couldn’t move it so we just took them out and played with them and put them back.

There’s also burial mounds in the woods.

I have a 3/4 groove greenstone ax and a nutting bowl with matching round pestle I got off the ridge.

But no, “no Indians here”

You want a number of like minded folks close by, IMO. You don’t want to be alone out in the boonies. The more folks in your community, the larger the groups you’ll be able to defend against. We have about 200 like minded families in my little community, near a small town. Not far away are those who think differently. But they know we’re not going to tolerate what has been going on in larger cities.

The American war between the States was a war of secession . The south wished to leave in peace

The north wasn’t having it. It was not to free slaves all you dumbassed Pollyannas here

The next war will be an actual civil war like the English or Spanish or Mexican

And Much much much much worse

Perhaps the worst the worlds ever seen and what comes next will be unknown

But as much as we have to crush the left we have to crush the deep state and the slavery and racism is original sin reactive GOPe and that sadly includes many pundits and politicos many here venerate

They simply have to go

Unless the white right and our non white allies are willing to do that we will lose or be left with moderates who’ll cause the same bloodshed again

They let this happen

The Bushes and those in talk radio and media that enabled them

Immigration

That Civil Rights garbage many here laud cause Hannity told them to

Insane fear of being called racist

No perception of culture war

If we don’t get right we will lose everything

The only places left for Europeans to go will be be former east bloc nations

I used to laugh at the Turner Diaries as insane white supremacist polemic

Not anymore

What the racist white right feared has happened

Enabled fostered and celebrated by white centrist to right GOPe

We can’t keep lying down

I’ve been saying this here 20 years....more listen now but still it’s not enough

Trump gets it...

He can’t speak as frank as I do But he gets it

Bannon got it in a weird way

Stephen Miller gets it

Pat Buchanon has too

Ronald Reagan understood it

I fear so so deeply for my three sons

I’m old...

Your skin color will be your uniform

Not saying I like it

But it is what it is.

There will be exceptions in the 10-30% range
