Not a good idea.Of course his ads should feature video of burning police cars and court houses but let voters reach their own conclusions.

I love Rudy.

This is a horrible idea. It is literally saying Black Lives Don’t Matter. No matter how you cut it, that doesn’t help his cause.

I am still waiting for Antifa to be put on “the list.”

Didn’t seem to do any good against antifa. This would be a politically bad decision before the election.

From The Patriot Act:
https://www.congress.gov/107/plaws/publ56/PLAW-107publ56.pdf
Page 106/132

SEC. 802. DEFINITION OF DOMESTIC TERRORISM.
(a) DOMESTIC TERRORISM DEFINED.—Section 2331 of title 18, United States Code, is amended—
(1) in paragraph (1)(B)(iii), by striking ‘‘by assassination or kidnapping’’ and inserting ‘‘by mass destruction, assassina- tion, or kidnapping’’;
(2) in paragraph (3), by striking ‘‘and’’;
(3) in paragraph (4), by striking the period at the end and inserting ‘‘; and’’; and
(4) by adding at the end the following:
‘‘(5) the term ‘domestic terrorism’ means activities that—
‘‘(A) involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State;
‘‘(B) appear to be intended—
‘‘(i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population; ‘‘(ii) to influence the policy of a government by
intimidation or coercion; or
‘‘(iii) to affect the conduct of a government by
mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping; and
‘‘(C) occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States.’’.

Of course, I would also charge anyone making donations to them with Section 354: Funding terrorism.

Also to apply to antifa.

NOPE — It would be completely misunderstood by most of the (unenlightened) population.

On Nov. 4, that will likely be necessary.

All true terrorist organizations needs be declared as such. Both BLM and Antifa are such.

DC cannot do lawful things. Plain to any real USAian, long ago.

I think he should do it and declare Antifa a terrorist organization at the same time. Both of these groups, however, are very amorphous (by intention) and the formal structure can be hard to find and prosecute.

However, BLM must have some kind of identifiable structure if it is receiving funds directly, from Amazon or whoever. But this is violation of the law, since it is not a 501c3, and BLM actually knows this and hands over its big donations to various Dem PACs.

But I honestly don’t know why two groups that have rampaged all over the country and destroyed the businesses and lives of thousands of city dwellers (many if not most of them black) haven’t already been declared terrorist organizations. Their funding needs to be cut off and their leaders need to be in jail.

Better idea is to declare Antifa a terrorist organization as it is really they who are instigating and escalating the violence.

Still waiting for him to declare ANTIFA the same.

Mr. Trump, if you aren’t prepared to actually DO it, please don’t TWEET it. That just makes you look weak and foolish.

It's a Marxist hate group with a sweet sounding name.

If we started an organization called "All black Children are Gifts from God"... Then used the money we collected for the organization to push second Amendment Rights and provide free guns for honest people in the black community - would the press call people who disagree with us 'racists'?
