OCEAN BEACH (KUSI) – San Diego City Councilmember Jennifer Campbell held a press conference Tuesday where she angrily berated people who were not obeying social distancing guidelines or wearing masks in Ocean Beach.
She was joined by other City and County officials who were in attendance to support her message.
They met in Ocean Beach at a popular park near the sand where unauthorized sidewalk vendors have been setting up, Wednesday nights especially.

Plus, Ocean Beach is a section of the City of San Diego, and San Diego has its own police department. Her comment about having Sheriff’s deputies arrest those who violate her dictates is comical as the Sheriff does not patrol within the City of San Diego, the city’s police department does.

only the people that watch TV or get their news from social media need a mask. Those of us that can READ don’t need one.
We just bought some plastic shields that attach to the ear piece of our glasses. Works for us and no one has raised an eyebrow so............. Got them from ProTek.com(?). The FS-6 is a smaller one and works good for us. 12 to a pack. $60 including shipping. Two weeks to receive. We’ll see how they hold up.
