DP was told an hour ago that the Big 10 and Pac 12 will cancel their football seasons tomorrow… The ACC and the Big 12 are on the fence.. And the SEC is trying to get teams to join them for a season.

Dan Patrick reported during his radio show this morning the Big Ten has voted.
There won’t be a college football season this fall.
Patrick said a source told him that the Big Ten and Pac-12 will cancel their seasons on Tuesday. He said he learned the Big 12 and ACC are “on the fence,” and that the SEC is trying to get the other teams to join them for a season this fall.
The Big Ten presidents voted 12-2 to not play this fall. Patrick said only Nebraska and Iowa voted to play.

The SEC will leave the NCAA and start it’s own college sports governing body, inviting other schools to join.
You heard it here first.
POTUS should call for a ‘minor league’ for seniors that want to play. Plenty of volunteers. Train at high schools. stick it to the NCAA.
I don’t think so, there’s too much at stake....................
Parents of those seniors wouldn’t want their kids exposed...................
The SEC is about to cancel as well. Legal liability for the athletes is too great.

Of all the conferences the SEC is the one with the clout and the resources to actually pull that off.
College players were prolly gonna dis the country just like the nfl jackasses anyway. Shut it down.

If you are under 25, the flu is more deadly. Your chances of dying from COVID are less than being hit by lightning.
The bright side is, I’m being taught that sports is completely unimportant.
If enough are like me, those running sports enterprises are going to have some real issues with revenue.
So, less blm/justice/GF honor jerseys to see. Down side? Up side. Some of the less than stellar students will be able to devote more time to perfecting their doctoral thesis efforts.
If they’re canceling football, then they need to cancel the scholarships too.
Same with NFL. No work, no salary. That’s the way it goes for us poor slaves.
