I couldn't figure that out either. I think he is referring to when Trump was giving an example of the cognitive test in the interview with Dr Marc Siegel. You know, the interview Don Lemon was making fun of, but he too couldn't tell the difference between a Rhino & an Elephant - FAIL.
Lol I think there were two animals on the test the president took. What happens to Ol Joe is he has a thought pop into his head, such as remembering the two animals, so he blurts something out, but then he doesn’t have the tail end of his thought or sentence formulated so he doesn’t know where he was going with the initial thought he blurted out. That’s when he reverts to “Come on, man”, or “Well I better not say anything more”, or something similar. This fills in the gap where no cognitive thought exists, and allows him to bring the subject to a close.

Ol Joe said he was tested all the time, meaning that his rigorous daily grind of interviews and virtual rallies and meeting, etc. is constantly testing his cognitive skills.
Add to that, the daily decisions that need to be made. Chocolate of butterscotch pudding? Which socks to wear. Do you want to rest in your rocker or lie down for awhile? Do you need your sweater? Come on, man. It’s not as easy as it sounds!
