Got a feeling his big brothers and sisters would join Melania in protecting him. I wonder if his friends feel comfortable just visiting his house or having him over Always having security with him could be a real downer.

Lol you’ll be long in your new place, hm. If we get this done, we will own the land in a month or two, but wouldn’t do anything until spring. I’m looking into modular homes - there are some nice ones out there. Then I either sell this home or rent it out completely. We already have tenants downstairs....so two rents would pay for the new place.

Sounds like a beautiful place.
It’s about the same as here in Mount Hope. Storms off the lake sometimes. The laneway is tree-lined and doesn’t often need plowing. My good friends live out there all year, and they love the winter. Another good friend on the other side - a retired surgeon and his wife. She’s a sweetie. Actually, in town here the neighbors are fine, but they’re all young and keep to themselves.....they’re polite and all, but not a lot in common....especially when the ones next door revert to 18 years of age and party.
It is exciting, and I wouldn’t even think of it except my son says he’ll handle everything. Preparing the site, organizing the modular home, plumbing, septic, etc. He says he’ll take care of everything but the bills. I think he really wants to do it because he loves it out there and wouldn’t want us to lose the property. It’s almost an acre right on the lake (100 feet lakefront) and it’s a very rare opportunity. In fact, our acquiring this place was miraculous....I’ll tell you the story some time.

Hopefully private schools are being denied reopening only in Montgomery County in Maryland. The Catholic schools in the Baltimore Archdiocese have a wonderful plan to reopen schools with technology so that anyone who chooses can attend virtually while those who so choose can be on site. I hope that the Trump-hating RINO Governor doesn’t shut down private schools across the state.
It sound to me like this is something that is meant to be.
