Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.

Don’t mean to be a pain, but which law? Posse Comitatus or something else? My understanding is that PC does not apply to the Marines. If there is another law, why wouldn’t it apply to National Guard troops also?

The USN/MarCorps aren't covered by PC. There are other statutory and regulations that forbid their participation in these types of festivities, because the AD are Title 10 forces.
NG if federalized are Title 10 forces as well, and then PC would apply to them. Currently the deployments of NG you see are under Title 32 and while paid for by the Feds, are under state command and control.

I do battle a bit on FB, though I had a post deleted the other day. Apparently, “Sieg Heil” is considered to be an insult (actually, it’s meant to be an insult to the government fascists that wish to force people into submission, but that’s another story). It was a news article from a local TV station web site, and my comment was not offensive. Of course. But they decided it was and deleted it.
Now, if I said “Black Lives (only) Matter”, or “Whitey must die”, they’d have been fine with that.

I’ll be using the screen shot (command+shift+4 on a Mac, I think it’s the “snipping tool” on a Pc) to preserve images that are good evidence, but that the deep state is trying to erase.

Can the US Marshal’s service deputize people?
We have US Marshalls here all the time - TVA Police (a federal agency) are US Marshalls. But there aren’t a ton of them, and they have a pretty wide area to cover.
Now, can the military provide surveillance and such to support the marshals, FBI, or other entities? In other words, can military assets be used to gather information for future arrest by the proper entities?
