*IF* a position comes up who would you pick?
If you're sick of being let down a solid pick would be Sen. Mike Lee (IMO).
He is conservative and he means it.
I'm not sure if people want someone else from the current federal bench.
They will just let you down conveniently making up the numbers to side with the liberals when required.
So what do you think?

Yep.....Ted Cruz all the way. As brilliant and conservative as Scalia.
You’re so right.
Ted thinks a guy born in Canada to a Cuban national father and American mother is a natural born citizen. I’m sure he was channeling Washington and Jay when he came to that conclusion. /sarc

You want a Supreme Court Justice who thinks Anwar al-Awlaki’s kids, born in Yemen to one citizen parent, are natural born citizens eligible to be President?
If Ted is, they are.

Pick me! It's time for a non-lawyer again. I would do an honest job consistent with the intent of the original meaning of the Constitution and the Amendments.

Senate seats are very precious, so I rarely ever support the idea of moving someone from the Senate to anywhere else. Excellent point, especially now.
Obama tried to pull a fast one past Republicans (admittedly not a hard thing to do) when he nominated Judd Gregg (R-NH) to be Secretary of Commerce (the Governor of New Hampshire was a Democrat who promised to appoint a Republican to the vacancy). Gregg accepted the nomination, but then withdrew when Obama declare his intention to take the Census from Commerce and move it directly to the White House.

"Id go with Mark Levin." Mark Levin has no idea what a natural born Citizen is. He is a no go.

“It’s time for a non-lawyer again.”
If Trump went that route, I’d love to see him pick Dennis Prager.
Consistent, Clear-headed and conservative.

"Ted Cruz" No way. Ted Cruz ran for president even though he knew he was born in a foreign country to an alien father and thus was not a natural born Citizen. He trashed the Constitution for personal ambition and his ego.

"My pick would be Sidney Powell" Yes! She is an outsider and Constitutionalist and is no coward who would not be swayed by PC madness. And, even though this shouldn't matter, she would be a woman replacing a woman.

I'd pick someone without a law degree..because you *absolutely* cannot trust *any* lawyer.I'd nominate Bill Whittle (of youtube fame) or Pat Condell (also of youtube fame). The problem with Pat,though,is that he's a Brit.

Kayleigh Mcanany would be pick that would rid us of several DemonCrap Senators who would have heart attacks as she would apply the law as it is written rather than legislate from the bench and she is only 32 which would mean she might serve 60 years on the high court.
