Who would you pick for the Supreme Court?

*IF* a position comes up who would you pick?

If you're sick of being let down a solid pick would be Sen. Mike Lee (IMO).

He is conservative and he means it.

I'm not sure if people want someone else from the current federal bench.

They will just let you down conveniently making up the numbers to side with the liberals when required.

So what do you think?

Trump will likely pick a career federal judge like he has done before...

I’m hoping he changes strategy and picks someone who is reliably a conservative like Lee, Cruz or whoever can be vetted.

Scalia.

He’s pretty much the only one acceptable except Thomas.

You mind as well get 2 ppl picked out. IF RGB goes, then Roberts goes also, since he won’t be the swing vote and is tired of being blackmailed. He will want to ...err...go spend time with his family.”

One problem with Levin is that he's in his mid-60s and has health issues.

I want someone in their 50s who can hold the seat for 30 years.

Yes, because the conventional wisdom is that a woman should replace Ruth Bader Ginsburg when the time comes.

My guess is that the left is so done with the woman thing. They won't settle for anything less than a trans identifying as a woman to replace Ginsburg.

I’d pick Kayleigh. She’s smart, conservative, strong and ....well......I think I’m falling in love with her.

Senate seats are very precious, so I rarely ever support the idea of moving someone from the Senate to anywhere else. Our margin for leadership is razor thin already, and we saw what happened in Alabama after Sessions moved up in the world.

“Judge Amy Coney Barrett is usually considered the likely replacement for RBG.”

I would either go with her or Ted Cruz, although Mark Levin sounds like a good pick.
