Just how does this “reversal of his (Obama’s) Presidency happen, under what law? I think you know the answer is that there is no such mechanism and it never will happen. At best his “legacy” may be besmirched, but Trump is already doing a pretty good job of dismantling it piece by piece, which is what really matters in the end.
I know that some are passionate about the NBC issue, but it seems to me that after Obama, the definition has been changed and it is not what some wish to be, and that it will be deemed non-justiciable if a challenge based on the strict interpretation is brought to the Supreme Court.
This is one good reason that Flynn was attacked early in the Trump Admin... and, as I said recently, Flynn will likely play a crucial national security role in the second Trump Admin.
Along those lines, Flynn's court case will not likely be resolved before the outcome of the November election... DS rules.

I read yesterday that after the DC Appeals Court ruling, Sullivan has a certain number of days to act, some thought 21, some thought 30. From what I read, if Sullivan doesn’t act, the case against Flynn is officially ended. So I don’t think it will drag on too long. Supposedly Sullivan can ask for an en banc hearing or whatever it’s called, but that is an unknown. Imho if Sullivan does ask for en banc, I still don’t think it will drag on too long.

It is only a little more than three months to the election; en banc deliberation is certainly one possibility; note how long Sullivan is taking to act. This close to the election any high level appointments by POTUS is unlikely. {Flynn can still be working behind the scenes! The DS knows Flynn is a great threat. They can only hope to rig the elections and defeat DJT. $ billions are being spent to effect the DS desired election outcome.}

Two states split their electoral college votes this way: Maine and Nebraska if I remember correctly.
I don’t disagree that this is how each State should do it, but each State has the right to decide how their electoral college votes will be completed so....
