That is so cool. Thanks for sharing. Will pass along
Love it!
And then there’s this...paraphrasing an old song:
“Whenever they got her Irish up,
Kayleigh lowered the boom.”

Great meme! Beautiful work. Thanks for sharing.
If so only to son and husband. Crumbo is my grandmothers maiden name. Possibly (As in Woody Crumbo the Native American artist. When his mother died his father had intended to move the children home with his family. Thats when the Klan burned the cross on our families property)
The Q drop gave me chills! “There was a time”...need to get to my desk top...
I’m glad they are real. And the kids are amazing! Hard for me to believe they were liberals at one time. But so many say that it was the pandemic followed by the riots that made them open their eyes. Those things could backfire on the dems.
I Dreamed A Dream
There was a time *********when men were kind
When their voices were soft
And their words inviting
There was a time *********when love was blind
And the world was a song
And the song was exciting
There was a time
*********Then it all went wrong
I dreamed a dream in times gone by
When hope was high and life worth living
I dreamed, that love would never die
I dreamed that God would be forgiving
Then I was young and unafraid
And dreams were made and used and wasted
There was no ransom to be paid
No song unsung, no wine untasted
But the tigers come at night
With their voices soft as thunder
As they tear your hope apart
As they turn your dream to shame
He slept a summer by my side
He filled my days with endless wonder
He took my childhood in his stride
But he was gone when autumn came
And still I dream he’ll come to me
That we will live the years together
But there are dreams that cannot be
And there are storms we cannot weather
I had a dream my life would be
So different from this hell I’m living
So different now from what it seemed
Now life has killed the dream
I dreamed

Why don’t the NY cops all go on strike?
I’m surprised they all haven’t quit. I would.
Thanks, weston! A new thread on the 1st of each month is a great idea. We can kind of keep a tab on when we’re extra talkative, or not so much.
I just got home - is the newly founded nation of Chaz/Chop no more? Has its budding dreams of utopia been crushed by those nasty police officers? Chop, we hardly knew thee.
Hope the weekly threads come back as the campaign heats up.
Don’t have much to post here, but read frequently!
Thanks for the new thread.
I’m not asking them to strike or quit, but I’m surprised they aren’t. Maybe many of the cops are Dims. Either way, they are standing there at best getting very ally assaulted & at worst physically assaulted with no support from their Mayor or apparently, higher ups. They cannot properly do the job as they were trained to do & thus are put in a positionwhere their lives are at more of a risk.
They formed a union to have collective power. The only way for them to hope to improve their situation, would be band together & strike. No matter what party they may be, no person can take this kind of abuse. Especially now that their budget is getting cut.
