Yes, it was both.. 2 hand offs.. Guy #1 intentionally reaches for and takes Bolton's hand then puts something in it. Bolton's looking down at his hand, guy #2 reaches over and puts something in Bolton's hand as well.. Had to slow it down and watch a few times to see for sure.
Man 2 is also putting something in his pocket after the 2nd handshake. Watch man 2 hand carefully.
Both men reached into their lapels and gave Bolton an envelope.
It is, one on left takes what looks likes a wad of money out of his pocket, then passes it over to one on right, who then passes it to Bolton
What is the wad of money for Bolton? PLEASE DO TELL?
definitely does look like a sizable wad of cash

As if I’d know the difference...lol. Now the system is my question...let me think this through. Russian system..American fighter program.
..ok..reading..by having the system there’s a good possibility the system could figure out the fighters security system and capabilities. Thus Russia and others stealing our top Intel on fighters. Makes a lot of sense.
