How about opening all the records that Obummer paid millions to seal.

"The courts below did not take adequate account of the significant separation of powers concerns implicated by congressional subpoenas for the President's information." Where Trump went too far in Trump v. Vance, the Congress may have been equally extreme in its demands here.
Mazars finds that the lower courts were too dismissive of valid concerns over the possible intrusion of such congressional into executive areas. This will, like the New York case, go back to lower courts. This means that the cans get kicked down the road past the election.
Remember, the SC also sent the NY request back to the lower court and gave POTUS explicit permission to question each subpoena request.
This, IMHO, will end up back in the SC at some point.

Thus far I am unimpressed with Kavanaugh and Gorsuch. They seem to be trying to prove how fair they are by siding with the libs....I guess they’re aiming for acceptance in the swamp.
Is New York claiming they need it in investigation of some wrongdoing?
And each claim (NY and Congress) are being sent back to the lower courts for the same reasons ... so try as they may to make political jay out of this, the socialists will have a hard time.

The Supreme Court sends case back to Lower Court, arguments to continue. This is all a political prosecution. I won the Mueller Witch Hunt, and others, and now I have to keep fighting in a politically corrupt New York. Not fair to this Presidency or Administration!
