Adidas AG said it is increasing the number of black employees and investing $20 million in black communities after some U.S. employees complained the company was profiting off black culture without doing enough to help them.
The sportswear giant said a minimum of 30% of all new positions in the U.S. at Adidas and Reebok will be filled with black and Latino people and that it would finance 50 university scholarships for black students each year over five years.

They should build new factories near the desparate cities so the workers can get to them. Hire people to sell sneakers or make them? Sound like a bundle of BS, if they are being manufactured in China and sold here.

All things being equal is rather they hire some brown Americans rather than shipping their factories over to China and using child slave labor. Maybe blacks will commit less crimes if they have a real job.

As for hiring black people, I'd said about 60% of them will be Islamic immigrants from around the world. It ain't about USA black people.
