Given actions in Seattle and now in Atlanta, the Left now embraces border control and the Second Amendment. On Tuesday night, the area around the Wendy’s restaurant where Rayshard Brooks was shot by police was made into an armed no-police border zone. One mini-secessionist said, “It’s my legal right to bear arms. And at no point will I allow my right to be disturbed.”

Sad situation someone today and yesterday at Wendy’s that is blocked off by armed young men with long guns and pistols. All businesses surrounding are boarded. The tension is in the air and emotions are raw. Police are not in sight. Is this Atlanta? No! We must rise up!

Not trying to be argumentative, but do you think the people who are voting for Biden (basically against Trump) will care that Biden set up Gen Flynn by suggesting the Logan Act be applied against him?
First of all, I'm not sure they will believe or accept the ruling - they will just say that Trump/Barr are manipulating the justice system. I get the feeling that they don't care & if they do care, they will be happy that they derailed Flynn for 4 years & hindered the Trump Admin all this time.
They are literally burning & destroying our cities. Why would they care if Biden suggested the Logan Act in order to hurt Flynn & Trump? Outlaws aren't going to be outraged by other outlaws.
They only care about any means necessary to get rid of Trump.

Lee did a lot in Texas before he was called back to fight in the civil war. He only fought for the south because his home State of Virginia chose to, and could not fight against his family and fellow Virginians.
I'm not a lawyer and don't play one on TV either but I did see a lawyer, can't remember his name, on TV this morning saying that Flynn can sue the DOJ but didn't say he could sue individuals.

I go back to the starting point—Admiral Rogers and General Flynn are patriots and they know where all the bodies are buried, so to speak.
The freeing of Flynn exposes the illegal acts of the previous Administration, and it allows him to speak.
While we are poised to now go on the offensive, I fear if we wait much longer to do so, the moment to strike will have passed us by.

I know the strategy was to make sure they had an air tight case & they wrap it all up at once. We’ll see if that works, or if they even get the chance to put that part of the plan in play. But I can’t help wonder where we’d be if they went after Comey & others for their obvious crimes of perjury & other obvious “easy to prosecute” crimes.
We are just now getting rid of the SDNY guy supposedly blocking the Weiner laptop? I mean, even if the laptop is in tact & has evidence as suspected, it will take months, or years from now (if ever) to come out.
If Flynn has a story to tell, he needs to start singing 24/7 from here on & not wait for a book deal.
