That was my thought too. They were all made into fools. All of these guys have been around racing & race tracks probably most of their lives & have seen hundreds of garage door pulls. There are pictures of the same kind of pulls at the Charlotte Speedway.
Anybody seeing the pull would have known the truth.

It is. Prosecutors withhold evidence, bribe or threaten witnesses to lie, etc. all the time. Some of them only care about the win, and could care less if they are punishing an innocent person.

Wow! Unfortunately I don’t think any of these people will even have to answer for their actions. Outside of the few of us that are interested no one will know or care.
I don’t know if Flynn can file any kind of suit against these people, they probably have immunity.
