Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

At baseline the HCQ pts were sicker...the patients from HCQ group were mostly already in a mild to moderate Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS) while the patients from the other group were not, as the PaO2/FiO2 shows. The HCQ patient group had more hypertension, were older, and male. However, they used stat adjustments to try to make the populations similar. “Despite this extensive adjustment, it is still possible that some amount of unmeasured confounding remains.”
Further, the authors used a composite endpoint, intubation (going on a vent) OR death. Just looking at Death as a Primary Outcome
HCQ: 157 / 262 = 60%
No-HCQ: 75/ 84 = 89% !
COVID patients who developed a respiratory failure in the NY hospital turned out to be 4 times more likely to survive when treated with HCQ. So why not use the hard endpoint Death? Why confabulate a composite?
Here’s my guess: all patients are driven by institutional ‘protocol’ or practice to be an intubated COVID-19 patient ($39000) vs just a COVID-19 patient ($13000). Thus, by adding the ‘OR intubation’ part to the composite endpoint the positive effect on death alone becomes diluted out.
AND/OR they wanted to show no HCQ effect.

It's named after the 1969 film "Z," directed by Costa-Gavras, loosely based on the Lambrakis affair in Greece. In the movie, a socialist deputy in the Greek Parliament is murdered, and an official of the Ministry of Justice traces it back to a group of military officers who didn't like his politics. As the justice official rounds up and arrests the military officers, the military responds by overthrowing the Greek civilian government.
It's a riveting film with a great musical score, and when it's over, you want to go out and shoot the first official you encounter.
The Q group doesn't want Plan Z to happen, and the entire effort is timed in such a way to prevent it.

Yep, you just KNOW that a fighter like Trump doesn’t see what the dems have in mind (they couldn’t be more transparent) and he’s going to be prepared. Covid-19 gave him some good practice at the “whole of government” approach and think about it - who on earth has more tools and resources at his disposal than the US President?
It won’t be long before the Dems start to regret tipping their hand so blatantly. Because all those resources are under the Executive, not legislative branch control. They can’t do it legislatively because he will veto any crapola, and when he’s ready he’s going to say “OK, you want mail-in voting, here’s how we’re going to do mail-in voting”. And it will include vastly better security and authentication than we have today and infinitely more than the Dems want (which is because they want none, thus divide by zero!).
