Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

I think POTUS is talking about vaccines right now to give a psychological life rope to that portion of the population who have been scared to death.
He knows there won’t be a vaccine in 8 months; nor does he want one except to get the media to shut up right now; and, MORE IMPORTANTLY, get the country back on its feet.

I think you are exactly right. There is a significant percentage of the population who are actually very afraid. I’ve talked to a couple and I got mindblown since I am not even slightly afraid nor was I. But people who don’t have the info we have, who watch/listen/read MSM drivel even if they don’t buy the whole package, who got the fear virus.
I think you could add “That Hideous Strength” by C.S. Lewis althought it is a book (would make a GREAT movie trilogy with the first two volumes).
well, that stinks. The vaccines are out of control, especially for kids. And we’re teetering on changes coming to our nation and/or states where things like this WILL be mandated or we won’t be able to eat, shop, work, etc. IOW, mark of the beast.
My advice is to be prepared for any contingency but not freak out prematurely over something that may or may not happen. I will say that certain governors such as Newsome, Whitler et al will make a vaccine mandatory if they can but trust that Trump and Barr have something in the works to hamper that. We'll see...

I think what they envision in California is complete wreckage of the economy and a return to a form of feudalism, where the insider politicians, Entertainment moguls/stars and Silicon Valley types form an aristocracy in their high walls and castles ... and the rest of the inhabitants are miserable serfs living in utter dependency.

I tend to agree with some of the responses you've received so far on this. What POTUS has demonstrated throughout this entire COVID19 timeframe is that he delivers what he promises, and he delivers ahead of schedule. Ventilators, masks, hospital beds, you name it. He has completely upended the way government can conduct business. The public has seen it and so his talk of vaccines by the end of the year is going to give a calming effect to those who need it.
Don't be suprised if everything is done before school reopens in late August. He has shortened all the built-in paperwork, and regulatory constraints that have been considered the norm in the bureaucracy known as D.C.
How does it square with his prior comments on vaccines? No one will be forced to take it, and you can guarantee it that the vaccine wont be produced in China. By the time it is ready, the virus will have run its course. America will be reopened. Remember, POTUS is predicting a strong third quarter and a huge 4th quarter heading into next year.
