Re the hydroxychloroquine situation. Here is a brave female physician in Dallas giving a public speech backing up the president.
I don’t understand why the president does not have physicians like her on the Corona virus panel. I can’t stand him being pushed around like this.

On the form signed by Flynn entering his plea, just above his signature is this line:
“I have read every word of this Statement of the Offense, or have had it read to me. Pursuant to Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 11, after consulting with my attorneys, I agree and stipulate to this Statement of the Offense, and declare under penalty of perjury that it is true and correct.”
This is where the perjury angle is coming from. Flynn was railroaded but he did himself a world of hurt signing that guilty plea. He’s got a longer road to go yet...when the Deep State goes after you in their home field - the courts - they know every to screw you over. They are freakin good at this game...it’s their game. They aren’t fools, when they nail you, they do it so you can’t get out. That’s what happened to Flynn, and he did walk into their trap. They won’t get him on the original charge, but they will now try to get him on the fine print...and when they make that play they are also going to claim that Trump is strong arming the legal system for his friends (by getting the AG to drop the prosecution and get rid of the prosecutor. This is for keeps. They won’t stop until force stops them.
To give you an idea of what Flynn knows, consider that it is so devastating that Sullivan twisted the game so that...
Trump can’t intervene without the media shouting cover-up.
Then, Flynn’s revelation would have zero cred.

I like your advice, Walt, about the contents of an amicus brief to Judge Sullivan. I read somewhere on the forum that the one(s) he’s received so far were received too early, so I’ll watch for the proper opening date before sending. I’ll also mail it from America. It won’t impress him very much to see a Canadian post mark or stamp on the envelope.
I imagine Priestap has been getting lots of phone calls. Joe DiGenova today says that there are lots of people involved here that just aren’t talking because they’re scared to death what the deep state will do to them while Durham’s grand juries are serious and they’re scared of that too. LOSE LOSE proposition for the deep state at this point and they’re increasingly desperate.

You are correct! That is the angle that Sullivan is angling toward. It’s disgusting.
The key to Flynn’s defense, however, is that his attorneys have been deemed to have a conflict of interest and not represented him effectively - and he only pleaded after, “consulting with my attorneys” - I think he’s in the clear but it’s going to take further intervention by another Court ... unless the feds now have the goods on Judge Sullivan and are able to introduce that he is now forced to recuse himself.

What it was, is a forced confession. They threatened his family. People get off all the time (from criminal offenses, not just for pissing off some judge) because they felt they were coerced when they plead guilty. What’s the difference?
I think you might not realize the folks our president has on his side. (I’d bet we don’t know about half of them)
The ones we don’t know about are truly hard pipe hitters, and know exactly what they are doing. President Trump loves our country. Our people. Our military. Yeah, he’s going to have to appeal and then present the case fully that he was railroaded into the plea and that it was prosecutorial misconduct and misrepresentation. DOJ will back him up. But Sullivan is going to nail him first for contempt and for that perjury clause he signed.
It’s going to be a longer road yet for Flynn and the new Rat narrative will try to paint Trump as strong arming the legal system. Man, they make it messy but I think he will eventually win on appeal...but the DS and rats don’t care, this is about the election. It’s all delay and misdirection for them.

THEY had pleaded ‘guilty’ for their polling place violations and no complaint from ANYBODY (of consequence) about THAT court!!
