Yeah, he’s going to have to appeal and then present the case fully that he was railroaded into the plea and that it was prosecutorial misconduct and misrepresentation. DOJ will back him up. But Sullivan is going to nail him first for contempt and for that perjury clause he signed.
It’s going to be a longer road yet for Flynn and the new Rat narrative will try to paint Trump as strong arming the legal system. Man, they make it messy but I think he will eventually win on appeal...but the DS and rats don’t care, this is about the election. It’s all delay and misdirection for them.
Whenever they delay and obfuscate, it’s for a reason. Like when Pelosi held onto the articles of impeachment. So what’s their angle with the Sullivan maneuver?
My best guess is they’re trying to force Trump to intervene, maybe even say enough is enough, I’m pardoning Flynn. Then they could make political hay out of that.
