Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

He never varied his wording. He could have said “If [RR] is clean, Mueller must also be clean. If Mueller is clean, [RR] must also be clean.”
Maybe Q’s consistent choice of words is a clue? I watched Mueller give his testimony before the House Judiciary Committee and he was wobbly at best, as though he didn’t entirely share the conviction of the words he was speaking. And when given opportunities to give President Trump the benefit of the doubt, I didn’t see one occasion when he did so. The report was completed and he could have truly stuck the knife into the fake charges at that point, yet he continued to throw shade on the President. If he was playing a role, it would seem to be the one given to him by the President’s enemies.

This is almost completely attributable to New York.
New York was running 8K to 10K a day ... now is usually 3K to 5K. So there's the difference in national numbers.
I have also been keeping a close eye on Italy. Italy and New York are both definitely well past their peaks in new cases. I THINK THIS IS DUE TO THEIR ACHIEVING HERD IMMUNITY.
It's a natural thing, and can be expected to happen everywhere eventually.

Had a conversation tonight with a dear friend who was all in for Trump a bit ahead of me. She’s been educating people and red pilling since the beginning. Tonight is the FIRST time I’ve ever heard her say a negative about him and it was on this topic. She’s as up to date as we are and is furious that he seems to be letting it go on too long.
I just don’t know what to expect these days, but she’s not the only one I e spoken to who is growing weary at this time.
Something has to give...now. This dang shelter in place isn’t helping people’s state of mind. Imho

There is a reason why Congress did not return to work this week [DC][non_COVID related].

Q is saying that Congress isn't returning to session this week, not because of the rona, but because of the BOOM that is coming, this week and next.
He is pointing to the acting DNI Grenell statement that he would directly release DECLAS documents and skip all the Bull-shiff.
[C]oats had to be removed before [D]clas could happen because [C]oats was a [BLOCKADE].
Now, what is it that the Congress members can accomplish by NOT being in session when this DECLAS hits? That's the question. I would think they'd rather be in session so they could try to make some defensive moves.
Whadda you guys think? And what does [2019, 2020][+1] signify in this context?
