Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

I would assume that the official CIA project is over and done, and it is continuing without that particular name and under different auspices. There are plenty of organizations or groups of people either governmental or other that provide talking points, phrases, favored lies and so on.

Well, he could also force the FCC to not just permit but require cable and satellite companies to offer ala carte services. That would mean you could pick the channels you want to pay for instead of having to pay for bundles that include a lot of MSM garbage. CNN pulls in about $1 billion a year from carriage fees which enables them to operate as a political mouthpiece and charity arm of the DNC. If we could each only pay for the channels we wanted that would drop massively...I’d bet by 90%. It’s an FCC policy change, but obviously heavily lobbied against.
