How can this level of tyranny be justified for what is really just the flu? Even though this overblown Wuhan flu crisis isn’t over, just think of the next virus pandemic when some children might actually die. The media will clamor for another lockdown - politicians will react accordingly because they don’t want the blood of the children on their hands. They now have the blueprint for obtaining more socialism in the future.
This social distancing is not natural. Anything that involves widespread, sustained and significant deviations from natural human behavior will lead to terrible consequences. And whoever suggests this deviation is likely a leftist tyrant.

I am in central Texas. The gov has opened up restaurants up to 25 percent capacity which in istself is a joke and will not be adheared to. Our community is a bunch of cattle ranchers and farmers with a large number of commercial business contractors based here as well. Pretty much all conservatives. The county probably has about 16k people in it and the town about 7k. One active case in the county. Most business here have continued unaffected with the exception being the cafe and restaurants. Most have been doing curbside but a couple shut down completely. Visiting with the boys does keep everyone informed if the local gvt or state is up to no good. There is only so much news aggregation a single person can do which why groups can help to get the news out.

In California, peaceful protests are now banned by order of the governor (and all three branches of the federal government remain comatose). Total cases = 50 M (consistent with antibody studies already done)
