Uh, the https://ncov2019.live/data site says we had 6,033 deaths today in the US. Is that a data entry error, or did they just bring the stats up to date with the deaths they had not been counting?
I read somewhere here that there were an additional 3700 deaths, I think the number was, added in New York, that they had not been counting or didn’t count or something along these lines.
Yes, it appears to be a correction for the prior uncounted deaths.
I noticed all the FluBros congregating on a thread about this. The glare from the tinfoil was blinding.
Yeah - world meters had 2300 deaths today plus the 3700 or whatever since March 11th added in so that’s gotta be what it is.
I’m guessing those added in deaths include the many folks in NYC that died at home. I think some nursing homes also went back and looked at their deaths. I know Washington state did that awhile ago - and found some deaths from February that fit the CV-19 symptoms.
I’m guessing some of it is to get as much information as possible, and another is to get the extra money to cover CV cases.

I heard another poster state most tp is commercial and personal tp is requiring the facilities to retool. Seems logical but we all know the commercial facilities are for the most part shut down.
