This web site is a great resource where you can track CV by state and county:

https://covid-19.direct/state/FL

(I put in Florida for starters, but you can type in any state or county and it will gave you a graph and raw numbers for cases and deaths.)

very sorry to hear about your friends. Parental death is hard on kids. Very hard. And on you and your daughter as friends. May the Lord cover you and yours.

p.s., chocolate helps.

When we saw this coming I advised my Pastor and we set up streaming services for our church. Now the church is empty on Sunday but the services are not.

“Oh, you are saying over the next 18 months we probably all will catch COVID 19?”

Can’t say it’s 18 months, could be longer. Much longer for some, but in the end you get a vaccine or you have some degree of immunity from having prior exposure.

But 18 months is longer than we have to adapt, so treatments and mitigation will have to be priorities.

However, if we let it run amok, way more people die, we lose our HCS and the economy crashes anyway.

Preserving our HCS and limping along economically while we deploy countermeasures is the best option right now. We can ramp up the economy as we get those countermeasures deployed.

Whether I did or not, I had no ill effects, which contradicts your claim that the maximum safe daily dose is 2 grams.

It just makes sense doesn’t it. “Catch it” probably isn’t the right term. I think “exposed” is the proper term.

This is how diseases spread. If you stay in your house...you won’t be exposed. But by the end this will be everywhere. You will be exposed and your body will react as there is no human immunity. Your body will probably attack the virus and create antibodies. It’s that simple.

Exposed doesn’t mean sick, hospitalized, or dead. Some folks are pretty loose with terms.

It’s an RNA virus, so stable is relative. But mutations that affect a virus enough to make it unrecognizable to your immune system are rare. It would have to occur in a part of the virus that is “tagged” by your immune system but without breaking the virus’ ability to attack your cells.

I am “sure” it’s drugs. This sounds like interdiction, but not for drugs.

(Sorry this is second time I’ve “sured” you in a day. Sorry about that....)
