I am “sure” it’s drugs. This sounds like interdiction, but not for drugs.

in CA they have only gotten 30,000 test results back (8155 positive)
57,000 tests are pending....and have been for days....reports that there are not enough processing labs
by comparison NY state. 50% the population, has gotten 220,000 test results back
