I just bought a bottle of tonic water myself.
The grocery store still didn’t ask customers to wash their hands before shopping.
The sanitized carts were placed before instead past the restrooms.
The clerks weren’t wearing masks.
Tonic water is disgusting but I’m drinking it.
FR Doc's, Nurses etc love to hear you opine.
Most stores have hand sanitizers or wipes at the door. I use it on my hands then wipe the handle on the cart, then repeat on my hands when I leave the store. I did wear nitrale gloves in the food store on Monday however. I’m just afraid of the gloves picking up the virus and spreading it on the items I’m buying.
I’ve been taking vitamin C daily for years. I seemingly never get a cold or other sinus/lung/throat issues. It’s either the Vit C or the flu shot helping me.
It would be interesting if Vitamin C was found to be a cure as well as a effective weapon against getting the China Virus.
I cured/cleared blood poisoning in my arm with vitamin C.
A stream was running up my arm from my elbow to my armpit. If it wasn't for the lump in my armpit I probably wouldn't have noticed it so soon...It was 50+ yrs.ago. I was about 17 yrs.old

You are just drinking bitter water with the tonic water. You would have to drink 20 liters a day to get the recommendec prophylactic dosage. But if you add gin, you wouldn’t give a damn.

My mother was recently in the hospital for flu and then pneumonia (viral and bacterial). Yeah, she nearly died. She had no sleep to speak of for over 2 west, and wasn’t eating due to stomach upset. I asked the doc about an IV drip of vitamins, and the fucker nearly laughed at me. Refused to give it, and when the weekend passes I basically demanded it as her medical POA. He said he would and then gave her amino acids and electrolytes. When I found out, I fired his ass - and let the new doc know. She got several “banana bags” (because they are yellow) over the next few days and (not surprisingly) that’s when she stopped getting worse and began to improve.
Docs get little instruction in nutrition, so you have to be all over their ass about it. It cannot hurt, so I don’t understand why so many of them are against it.
Ditto for hydroxychloroquine.
Insist on it and vitamin C if you or a loved one get CV.

Stores in my area have been out of vitamin C for a couple of weeks now. Zinc cough drops too.
you have to look for items where people dont get that it has zinc on them...i havent had a problem finding Cold-eeze or generic equivalents

Its hit and miss . Walgreens had plenty of Zicam stuff and Airborne C
I was thinking about buying the Zinc spray for the throat from Zicam. Not every story carries it.
