Saute (in olive oil) some garlic, then broccoli florets . Add some cooked pasta (ditalini works best) and some canned peas. Sprinkle with parmesan. Cheap, feeds a small army, and yummy.

During his press conference, he said something that indicated that that 15 day period was up at the end of this week.
