Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.

The 2020 wave of the epidemic will be cresting soon, as it did already in China, South Korea, Japan and perhaps Italy. We will have drugs and vaccines before it comes again.
If I were President Trump, I would consider responding to the RATs by scrapping the aid to large corporations and just give it all to the service industry employees who had every right to assume they could always get some kind of paycheck coming in.
Airlines might go bankrupt, but someone will pick up the pieces (financially) and the planes will fly. Most of them have gone bankrupt before.
POTUS seems very concerned about Boeing. This is understandable for many reasons, but the coronavirus has had LITTLE to do with Boeing’s problems. Honestly, I think Boeing has incredible financial resources and can get through this on their own.
I keep hearing the President say about companies: “Through no fault of their own ...”

Per my past experience, the US gov’t would likely want 1 test and control the results centrally for a threat.
Not sure if that is what’s going on with COVID-19. My guess is many labs (gov’t and private) could quickly scale-up, and Trump is the president who advocates for business innovation.
