I think opening windows would be good. Sunshine/vitamin D is supposed to help. Also, ccleaning the indoor environment would be even better with fresh air.
I would NOT do that if I lived next door to a hospital, however.

It depends on where you live.
If Manhattan...I might worry about it.
If you have bums sleeping on your sidewalk..might worry about it.
I can handle that, then.

Window units do not pull in outside air. They pull in room air through that filter on the front.

I wasn’t sure - I thought some had a fresh air option, and if so, they they’ll have a leak path.

It does make me wonder if that Mensa-babe here, along with her Mensa-husband, ever left for their Mediterranean Cruise that they had planned for late this month...after she told me to shove it because of my inferior intelligence, when I advised her not to go (about 3 weeks ago).
One bit of good news, though. The Dow has finally reached the halfway point in its drop due to Coronavirus.
