San Francisco's mayor has announced an unprecedented three week lockdown that will begin on Tuesday at midnight and which bans anyone from leaving their home for anything other than doctor's visits or trips to the supermarket.
In addition to the lockdown in city parameters, six counties in the Bay Area are being told to 'shelter in place'.
The lockdown is the strictest action to be taken in America. Anyone who breaks it faces legal repercussions.
It will last until April 7. Mayor London Breed called it a 'defining moment' on Monday morning.

Seriously? How can you ban someone from leaving home...WHEN THEY AIN’T GOT ONE??
How can they enforce this?
Impossible.
Once hotels and motels have been shut down, they’ll be commandeered for housing and hospital beds.

Finally. It was OBVIOUS to us people who were following it, based on the measures being taken to stop the thread. But still nice to see the ‘experts’ are starting to figure it out - I guess it takes them a couple of months when something hits that doesn’t fit neatly into their ‘models’.

This from a city that has OK'd shoplifting up to $950.00.
