I took it as an open ended answer...he's open to suggestions. He wants to hear ALL and then make his own decision so as this will give people the sense to feel comfortable to give their opinions. One thing I agree with is banning airlines from buying back stock. If a company is “too big to fail” and puts burden on government in these cases, there needs to be things in place so they don’t act irresponsibly during the good times.

Looks like a flight from Shenyabg, China landed in L.A. yesterday and more flights are scheduled.

Pres says Carnival Cruise CEO offered to make some ships available should they be needed to house people. Stopped short of saying they'd be used for treating patients, but called it a very generous offer for cities like NY and LA.

This is a window I follow....flights are still going out and coming in from a lot of countries. China is flying to Italy a lot now dropping off medical supplies. We don't know everything. We also have people over in China probably helping out. I can only guess.

We get many questions regarding why flights keep flying although flights have been banned or borders have been closed.

In most cases flights have not been banned, it's people from other countries that have been banned from entering. Citizens of a country can always return home.

March 17....Number of scheduled flights is dropping fast, but many are replaced by rescue flights to bring citizens home, which keeps tracking numbers up. Currently airline after airline is grounding their fleet & we expect a big drop in number of tracked flights before the end of this week.
