Meghan Markle has told friends there is nothing 'legally stopping' her and Prince Harry from using their Sussex Royal name, despite the Queen banning them from using it, DailyMail.com has learned.
The 38-year-old complained to her inner circle that using the name 'shouldn't even be an issue in the first place and it's not like they want to be in the business of selling T-shirts and pencils,' the insider said.
They added: 'Meghan said she's done with the drama and has no room in her life for naysayers, and the same goes for Harry.'

For a variety of reasons, this married actress is extremely uncomfortable with the prospect of traveling to her husband’s hometown and seeing her husband’s family.
Her husband knows that she would rather simply skip all of this. However, people would definitely notice if one or both of them didn’t show up.
They have to figure out as a couple which events are absolutely obligatory, which ones can be skipped, and what excuse they would use.
She refuses to come out of this looking like the evil one. They are reviewing their options.

If that's the case, Meghan won't fare well with Parliament now being more Conservative. I'm sure they'd be willing to go along with whatever the Queen recommended.
Problem is she’ll keep those kids on this side of the pond.... Guarantee it.... Poor guy... Part of me wants to not be so cynical and think honestly these two have an honest relationship... but I just don’t see it.

Piers Morgan has her pegged: she uses anyone and everyone in her life and then throws them away when she thinks they are no longer useful to her. The fact that she did this to her biological family should have raised the alarm with the royals. She has done this to former friends, Hollywood associates, fellow actresses, agents, you name it.
She had this vision in her mind of being princess of the world, with no strings attached. Someone described her shock when she discovered that the role of Duchess of Sussex was more akin to being a civil servant in a Tiara. Plus, she is greedy and self-centered beyond belief - even for an actress.
And sitting on the toilet seat to tap a kidney too.
