Wow—that hour went by so fast!

President Trump had total command of the whole show.

And he is right—he saved our country and has done more than any other President in their first three years.

It is not bragging to say so.

Hey Rusty, I noted in my last post I addressed you but didn’t put you in the TO area.. Happy re: your good news on cancer. So wish you didn’t have to go through more of that torture of surgery, pain, recovery.. Ive read the situation you shared... but whose fault is this? It seems like it should not have happened with proper care on the part of the medical team and now you are going in circles to get things right jumping through ridiculous beaucratic loops

I feel for you hon

Too bad there isn’t a 24 hour cam in the Oval Office where people could watch President Trump work -— sort of like April the Giraffe. It wouldn’t need sound. People would just tune in to watch him work.

The country will come together if we get rid of the Dems—it is really that simple.

Since it was on FOX, I assume coverage was theirs only.

yes, it was a fast and wonderful town hall.. How would you like to bet that Fox tried to have a representation of RATS but many GOPers said they were just to get a spot...

If there was any dissension I surely didn’t see it.. and at the end with all the clapping etc, Fox overrode it with music.. so subtle huh

Thanks for the link again. I went to fox and they were asking for the provider and subscription number etc and Jenny was sound asleep.. Im glad you had it handy.

The two hosts tried their best with gotchas but they were up against a pro his humor and answers in everyday chatty style was wonderful

An hour really flew by. This was POTUS’s “first” townhall of the campaign.

Byron York, from the Washington Examiner, up now.

Thank God it’s not the dour Chris Stirewalt!

Yes! Byron points out that the GOP had the House for the first two years of Trump’s term. Good riddance Paul Ryan! And let’s not forget all of the quitters that left the House, knowing that they would hurt Trump by doing so in mass.

I wasn’t long enough was it?

We are used to his rallies and we want 30 more minutes!!!!

It was good though.

I’m pleasantly surprised at Martha and Brett.

Hi Irish Eyes. I think he was giving the polls regarding the nations response to how they were handling the virus... the question implied that the country was not happy with it.. (meaning the newscasters said it regularly)... For me it was nice he could come back immediately and discredit the misinformation.

I like how he sucker punched Obama every chance he got... the crowd loved it.

And he has to tell the truth in polls etc(which I don’t believe) as the newscasters ell never share good news on POTUS, just out of context, points that are critical

I would not have had a problem if both Martha and Brett, were tougher on P. Trump. I bet even he is a little surprised by the tempo or timbre.

AND... it’s Chris Stirewalt, who is amazed by President Trump’s demeanor.

The President was in total command with Martha and Brett from the beginning!
Love it!
Our President knows people and the media better than they know themselves. ;)

During 2016 election I would listen to dems and media saying Hillary is going to win. But when I saw the enthusiastic crowds that attended his rallies and compared to Hillary's events, I knew he had a good chance. The good thing is that Hillary listened to her pollsters and media, and didn't even feel the need to go to Wisconsin and other places. 😎

Hillary was not very engaging in my opinion with people.
She was stiff when not falling down, but always aloof and remember very shrill! ugh!

Rusty, so glad to hear you are cancer free. Now on to the next step as they say. Good luck and may your Dr. be the best. I have suffered lymphodema and it is not fun. Mine was is my arm and chest. Therapy, massage and certain exercises and wearing a sleeve have taken care of that. I wish you only the best.

Take care, Irish

I was expecting a question or two on energy, especially regarding fracking.

Pennsylvania oil rush-

The oil rush in America started in Titusville, Pennsylvania, in the Oil Creek Valley when Edwin L. Drake struck “rock oil” there in 1859. Titusville and other towns on the shores of Oil Creek expanded rapidly as oil wells and refineries shot up across the region. Oil quickly became one of the most valuable commodities in the United States and railroads expanded into Western Pennsylvania to ship petroleum to the rest of the country.

By the mid-1870s, the oil industry was well established, and the “rush” to drill wells and control production was over. Pennsylvania oil production peaked in 1891, and was later surpassed by northwestern states such as Texas and California, but some oil industry remains in Pennsylvania.
