Privately Rod Rosenstein is over a secret unit called CCIPS...Criminal Crimes Individual Projects Section....they are high tech hackers to be blunt.

This starts right before Seth Rich is shot. Rod Rosenstein is the architect of the Russian Collusion. It was on the DNC computer..because they were sharing. Seth did get one flash drive to WikiLeaks. And we know what was on it. Seth was a very intelligent man and he knew there was much more on those computers. He was a Bern man and very upset over the corruption so he planned to get much more on another flash drive. At which time someone in his department suspected what he was going to do and he was approached by Rod./Rosie. Rosie is the nickname for Rod’s right hand man..hit man in a way. So this spy knows Seth has taken more so he reported back to Rosie and told him that Seth will be keeping the flash drive on his person at all times until he finds what to do.

Rod gets very nervous knowing that that flash drive will take him down. Rod came up with the plan as back up and his insurance of being Hillary’s AG.

So Rod tells Rosie to get the flash drive but don’t have Seth killed..only beaten close to death.

Rosie hires two MS 13 gang members who needed excitement in order to past their initiation..they were in the Carolinas.(Remember 2 gang members were shot and killed in a parking lot in Carolina at the time of Seth’s murder)

As a back up.. Rosie was given a shiny gun that had been used in a robbery 2 years before he got from the ATF. Gave this to the 2 members but again told..don’t kill him just beat him up badly..most importantly...GET THE FLASH DRIVE.

The two MS 13 guys show up early that day meeting Rosie. Rosie notices their flashy car..which was one of their sisters...and the plates were stolen...so Rosie got them a SUV(I believe) And stayed near by to make sure they hand over the flash drive.

As a back up plan if the gang members failed to get the flash drive before the police came....Donna and the mayor would be at the hospital in order to get the flash drive..mayor would be over the police which were innocent.

The gang members stopped Seth and Seth started throwing punches and fighting for his life. The one gang member was very small and Seth had the upper hand. So Rosie is yelling from the parking lot..flash drive...the other gang member gets out the gun and in panic ..shoots Seth in the right rib. That didn’t stop the fighting so he than shot Seth again. Rosie yelling again and the neighbors wake and apparently call the police. While sirens were going the two hurried and found/ got the flash drive not having time to get Seth’s wallet or cell. They got in the SUV..handed over the FD to Rosie.. and taken to their flashy car..they returned to the Carolina’s. While Rosie goes and give Rod the FD.

I’ll cut in here...The gang had to go through tolls and John..who’s talking on the video...said the pictures and time they went through are in safe hands.

Seth arrives at the hospital alive...John said he knows nothing about what took place once Seth arrives at the hospital/or changing doctors as rumored.

Rod goes to a known hacker apparently he trusted by the nickname of BONES...(this is where John and BONES connect)Bones not having the necessary high tech computer at the time he was unable to break the code and gave the FD back to Rod ...Rod secretly made his own FD...and gave it to crowstrike...they in turn erased it. Then they thought the trail leading back to them had been erased and they were safe.

BONES as John said..likes money so he copied the original flash drive for himself. Seth had no idea of all the many..500,000/600,000 files and Russian collusion plan was on the flash drive. (until while downloading) There was banking laundering all over the world...hacking into judges computers to control out comes in courts/planted porn for blackmail/it goes on and on.

John goes off script and states the FF conduced by Rod’s men and the FBI/CIA...how they were involved in the stand down to the police in Florida..and it goes on and on. Rod’s dirtiness goes back to when he & Mueller worked on something called “Ghost Stories.” Which Rod was the prosecutor in Balitmore at the time.

Rod has Rosie go to the Carolina’s and kill the gang members. There is pictures and trail of Rosie using his wife’s car for that trip even though his wife has a toll sticker.(This is because Seth wasn’t dead and the Gang became a trail)

John tells us the flash drive from BONES is safe...the problem is..who can he trust to give the flash drive to. He also worries about being set up as the fall guy. Asking people for help at the end of the video..several saying Tom Fitton.
