I suspect that we are seeing a representative image of a prior mission, and not a team per se, conducting a real time operation, but I could be wrong. The combat uniform appears to be the OEF-CP design, which is Operation Enduring Freedom Camouflage Pattern (primarily Afghanistan), therefore likely U. S. Army Rangers in theater. Q is definitely communicating with an entity in the field, while also communicating to us, and likely many others on our side. The who, what, when, where and why are ours to ponder.

Salesforce.com, Inc. is an American cloud-based software company headquartered in San Francisco, California. It provides customer-relationship management service and also sells a complementary suite of enterprise applications focused on customer service, marketing automation, analytics, and application development.
They have a big operation here in Indiana.
My neighbor works for them.
They pay quite well.
