Because most of the land is used for agriculture and the majority of the income is from hay and goat rental Etc , the property is a farm and pays farm taxes not the much high taxes of a golf resort. I’m sure this isn’t the only property he has manipulated taxes on. And one of the reasons he doesn’t want to expose his taxes. All legal according to dad.
