Apparently he was instrumental in discovering the dossier and bringing it to the attention of the FBI and everyone else. He may have actually hacked it from the “RUssians”. Ilvany Clinisky

Brennan would privately send messages to Obama not going through briefing team knowing if he did the team would see right through the hoax. Obama on the other hand messaged people as Hillary on his BlackBerry and she on an unsecured server. He had a list of several people.
