Fuel pumps are usually in the gas tank. Big bucks for replacement. They have to drop the fuel tank to get it out.

40 years ago, I used to take off the old fuel pump, exchange it at the auto parts store for a new one plus $15, and then come home and install it myself.

Simple.

In 1998, my ‘87 Dodge Caravan lost its fuel pump, which was located in the gas tank. Cost $454!

Hopefully they at least know that impeachment does not mean removal from office.

I wonder if they know that legislators are free to LIE when speaking in either house. I think that the Dems never thought that Trump would be removed from office. The entire egregious and unfair impeachment is for campaign ads, TV comments, media articles etc. Of course they never say that lots of it is lies or that all of the witnesses in the House were hearsay witnesses.

No one would want to be tried for any crime, much less for no crime, using the rules that the Dems used against the President.

The older cars had fuel pumps on the side of the engine.

They were mechanical and operated off the engine.

In the ‘80s they introduced electric fuel pumps, placed in the fuel tanks.

My Scott is headed for mechanic school He takes care of most my needs but that was the plan. Am so proud of him. His dad died when he was fifteen Stayed home to care for him. Lost his full ride to Purdue. He then came to live with Dad and I. They became close: Dad the oldest of 7. Scott the youngest. Both with fathers who died young. Dad emphasis of education encouraged him to get his high school diploma. He was working two jobs and planning on going to school in fall when he had his accident. Lifelined by helicopter to Louisville.
Drs kept encouraging him to get disability. He kept working thru the pain with no opioids.
He has signed up to attend school starting in March. Indianapolis is quite a distance to travel. Am praying he gets a more reliable vehicle soon.

I agree that the impeachment hearings and trial in Senate should open peoples eyes to the corruption in our government.

I went to see the “Richard Jewel” movie today This is another good lesson for people. Clint Eastwood did an amazing job. This movie shows how the media and many in our government can not be trusted. (FBI)

When the full force of the government and the media come after a person it sure would be scary.

I agree, Eastwood did a terrific job, even Richard’s mother said it was very accurate.
