Translation for me: 0600 Thursday morning for the vote. I will make sure I have time. My boys will get their breakfast early that day.

Perhaps some of y’all have folks in other times zones. At this moment, I have people in 5 different zones. Trying to communicate with them about exact times is amusing at best. This website: www.everytimezone.com does an excellent job of showing me all the zones at once. The zones are stacked vertically below each other with the hours of the day for each on a bar. A moveable vertical bar connects the zones together. So, if there is something at 4pm EST, I can go to the site and move that bar to where it shows 4pm EST and it connects to all five sites at once. I know this sounds like a commercial but it is the best tool for this that I know.

Oh, yes. FWIW, my power came back on about 30 minutes ago after having been off for over 7 hours. Our modem lasted for 6 of those hours on battery. Everything was down to the last gasp of power.
