Ex-Trump aide Carter Page files suit against DNC over dossier: This is only the first salvo
By Brooke Singman Published 2 hours ago
FTA
EXCLUSIVE: Former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page filed a lawsuit Thursday in federal court against the Democratic National Committee, law firm Perkins Coie and its partners tied to the funding of the unverified dossier that served as the basis for highly controversial surveillance warrants against him.
The suit was filed in U.S. District Court in the Northern District of Illinois Eastern Division Thursday morning, and was described by his attorneys as the first of multiple actions in the wake of historic Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) abuse.
This is a first step to ensure that the full extent of the FISA abuse that has occurred during the last few years is exposed and remedied, attorney John Pierce said Thursday. Defendants and those they worked with inside the federal government did not and will not succeed in making America a surveillance state.
He added: This is only the first salvo. We will follow the evidence wherever it leads, no matter how high. The rule of law will prevail.
Oh Weston we are so happy to hear from you. Even Paul asked yesterday if you had checked in. Freepersup mentioned you yesterday also Im sure your ears have been burning. You have certainly been in our prayers
Living with your son would be a blessing, as you know the closeness that develop with those family arrangements.
Thank you for checking in. So glad you are making progress. If you will continue to need oxygen there are many new designed equipment (made in Indiana) that are much more portable and efficient. Nikk may have more information on that subject.
Weston! Great to hear from you!
Morning All....
Hillary is not accepting papers for Tulsi’s law suit. Hahahah that Hillary. Resist!
Hahaha - someone needs to remind the old smelling wind bag that NOBODY is above the law. I guess dodging the law is ok.
God loves you Weston.
Hugs and prayers for you.

Former Ukrainian Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin filed a complaint with Ukraines National Bureau of Investigation this week demanding that an investigation be launched against former U.S. Vice President Joe Biden.
Confirmations of this filing have been obtained by the Russian news site RT, the left-wing American news site Talking Points Memo, the Interfax-Ukraine News Agency and an obscure French news site known Les Crises.
According to a translation by Les Crises, in the filing Shokin accuses Biden of having orchestrated his controversial 2016 removal from office to prevent him from completing his investigation into the corruption-linked natural gas company Burisma.
Hillary Clinton intimidated by Tulsi Gabbard’s $50M lawsuit, wont accept legal documents, lawyer claims: report
By Dom Calicchio Published 11 hours ago
FTA
Hillary Clinton or her representatives have, on at least two occasions, declined to accept legal papers delivered in connection with Tulsi Gabbards lawsuit against her, Gabbards attorney claims.
Gabbard, a Democratic congresswoman from Hawaii who is seeking the party’s 2020 presidential nomination, filed a $50 million lawsuit against Clinton last week over the former secretary of states insinuation that Gabbard was a Russian asset.
Brian Dunne, an attorney representing Gabbard, told the New York Post that Secret Service agents turned away a process server Tuesday when the server tried to deliver the lawsuit to Clintons home in Chappaqua, N.Y., north of New York City.
Dunne said the server was instructed instead to deliver the papers to the Washington office of Clintons lawyer, David Kendall, but Kendalls firm, Williams & Connolly, also declined to accept the legal papers, according to the Post.
Jill Biden is a PhD of Education.
Jill needs to have Joe do a quick review of all of the states....and remind him that there’s 50, and not 57.
Glad to see this.
Carter said he was waiting to file and I guess the time is right.
They have ruined this man’s career and life.
But he is only one among many.
Federal complaint alleges bribery, corruption schemes from Public Works boss Mohammed Nuru
By Joe Eskenazi | Jan 28, 2020
FTA
Mohammed Nuru faces 25 years for alleged corruption and allegedly lying to FBI about disclosing ongoing investigation after agreeing to cooperate; restaurateur Nick Bovis faces 20 years.
The 75-page complaint, unsealed today, alleges corruption, bribery, and side deals by one of San Franciscos highest-ranking public employees. San Francisco has been betrayed as alleged in the complaint.
The Multi-million Dollar Mixed-Use Development Scheme: Nuru is accused of using his influence to assist a billionaire Chinese developer working on a mixed-use San Francisco project.
Transbay Transit Center Scheme: Nuru, in addition to serving as head of Public Works, is also the head of the Transbay Joint Powers Authority board. He is accused of attempting to steer leases to Bovis, for some manner of compensation.
Bathroom Trailer Scheme and Homeless Container Shelter Scheme: Nuru is charged with pushing contracts for bathroom trailers to Bovis, and, in essence, bid-rigging to assist Bovis on these bathroom and shelter projects.
Vacation Home Scheme: Nuru owns a weekend home in Colusa County. Contractors, some allegedly who had government business in San Francisco, have been sending teams on the three-and-a-half hour drive to do work on Nurus house.
