Faux news (Brett Bair) is reporting that the DOJ will not comment on the xlinton investigation (reported by WaPo) because it is still ongoing.
So much for Bezo’s attempt at a puff piece for the xlintons.

Another update on the Peter Bright case - his motion to suppress was denied

If you haven’t been following this case, or don’t know who Peter Bright is, he was a journalist for Ars Technica who was vocally anti-GamerGate who was arrested for allegedly attempting to solicit sex with children aged 7 and 9. He also told an undercover officer that he’d already molested an 11 year old girl. He was arrested in May 2019 and has been in custody awaiting trial ever since.
A couple of months ago he and his defence team applied for a suppression hearing, which basically means that they were trying to block certain pieces of evidence from being admissible in court during his trial.

So they’ll continue to be publicly supported while they go hard core political and trash OUR PRESIDENT!

He said he was starting a new media venture. Recent Article in the Slimes stated that he is working with Pubbies behind the scenes sort of.

On the face of it, my guess would be that AGBarr had Huber send Durham all the FISA related evidence he had accumulated so that Huber could focus solely on CF.

This is what Barr actually said about Huber:
