Very good explanation by Alan Dershowitz. He will present the Constitutional Side of the case. And its important to always have the facts and cross examine. Witnesses are relevant. The House wants the Chief Justice to vote on witnesses but the Senate is the one there to make sure our President and ANY President gets Executive Privilege. AND that's very important for ALL Future Presidents. If this does not take place impeachment can come up any time there's a President the other party doesn't like and this party has the majority of the House as it is today.

And of course Hunter Biden needs to be a witness because it was our Presidents job to see of he was corrupt and look into it. ALSO John Bolton says he wants to testify but it isn't up the Mr. Bolton to make that decision. Its up to the Senate to make sure our President has his Executive Privilege as ALL Presidents should under the constitution and determine witnesses too. Senate picks the witnesses but the President has Executive Privilege.

I think you explained it very well.

The House dims and Senate dims will work very hard to muddy the water to make it look like the Senate is biased.

They NEVER follow the rules but make them up as they go along, Mitch will have none of that.

Yes, I could just post a link but people get kicked OFF all the time and the information is lost! Better to have its entire information here archived. And if you are on a computer (which is more than a lot here)it would help people with difficulties to post the thread. Not criticizing honestly I'm just stating a fact.
