My first thoughts, and there is President Trump right on top of things!
I can’t believe that Iraq is allowing this to happen after 5 trillion dollars spent and thousands of our soldiers dead and tens of thousands horribly wounded in the last 16 years.
We have fought the War on Terror for 18 years and things are no different than if we just killed those responsible and left immediately.
But with Trump we are not going to have a repeat of 1979 Teheran.
Went back and read the comments, many think just like me, hey, I’m not as nutty as I thought I was!

Happy last day of 2019 to everyone - can’t wait for the president to get back to Washington and start another year of shock and awe lol.
I never do anything for the new year any more - easy to give up as I didn’t think it was a big deal that the calendar started afresh.
Let’s hope the new year doesn’t see a war with Iran, although if there was, I don’t expect it would last long with this president.
